1.Timing shown are approximate appointment duration's and not necessarily the specific treatment timings.

2. Gift Vouchers- Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. It can not be exchanged for cash, vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

3. Deposits- A deposit 50% may be required for any treatment over an hour in duration or over £30 in value. Clients that have previous "no shows" may be ask to pay a deposit to secure their appointment.

Cancellation of all appointments must be made 24 hours before the allotted time to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

4. Patch Testing- A patch test is required at least 24 hours before appointment any tinting or lash treatment.

5. Medical Conditions- Please inform your therapist of any allergies or medical conditions, including pregnancy prior to your treatment as some treatment may not be suitable. 

6. Loyalty Scheme- We  operate a loyalty card, points are awarded for transactions over £20 . Loyalty points con not be replaced if a card is lost or stolen and can not be use with any other discount.

7. Under 16s- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
